Finishing the Marathon in Adelaide Australia

August 8, 1998.  My Seven Continent Marathon Odyssey comes to a close.  It was not quite three years after my first marathon, and I have now run marathons on all seven continents.  I believe that I was the 14th person to accomplish this feat.  The people in Adelaide made us feel very welcome.  Nancy finished her third race-walking half-marathon just an hour or so earlier.
